Hi there! I'm Layla, and I've been telling stories since I could hold a crayon. As a little girl, I would create entire worlds in my backyard, complete with talking animals, magical trees, and adventures that lasted until the stars came out.
Now, I get to share those same feelings of wonder and possibility with children everywhere. Every story I write comes from a place of love - love for imagination, for the unique spark in every child, and for the magic that happens when we believe in ourselves.

Each book takes months to write, with countless revisions to make sure every word feels just right. I read each story aloud dozens of times, imagining how it will sound to little ears and what emotions it might spark.
